White Fish Curry

This delicious white fish curry is a simple dish that makes for a filling lunch!

Ingredients

Process

  1. Mix all of the spices with melted butter and set aside
  2. Cook the fish filets for about 2 minutes each side over medium heat.
    • At this point the fish should be able to be broken up
  3. Pour the spice blend onto the fish and toss, cooking about 30 seconds
  4. Add tomato paste and water to pan
  5. Mix well and reduce to desired thickness (at least 5 minutes to ensure fish is fully cooked)
  6. Serve over rice

Other Information

This delicious curry can be served over rice, noodles, or with Naan or other flat bread.
