White Fish Curry
This delicious white fish curry is a simple dish that makes for a filling lunch!
Ingredients
- Spice blend
- 15g Butter
- Turmeric
- Celery Salt
- Black Pepper
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Chili powder
- Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 2 whitefish filets (I used Alaskan Seelachs)
- 125 ml Water
- Desired serving size of prepared rice
Process
- Mix all of the spices with melted butter and set aside
- Cook the fish filets for about 2 minutes each side over medium heat.
- At this point the fish should be able to be broken up
- Pour the spice blend onto the fish and toss, cooking about 30 seconds
- Add tomato paste and water to pan
- Mix well and reduce to desired thickness (at least 5 minutes to ensure fish is fully cooked)
- Serve over rice
Other Information
This delicious curry can be served over rice, noodles, or with Naan or other flat bread.
